Warranty Policy

1) Mash-Mods offers a warranty policy on all send-in modifications. All modifications are guaranteed to be fully functional when shipped out unless otherwise noted. The system is not our responsibility after it leaves the lab, meaning that Mash-Mods does not take any responsibility in damages that may occur to the system when it's in the user's hands. If the modification ceases to work for some reason, Mash-Mods will fix it for free as long as shipping expenses are provided.

2) All of our regular products are guaranteed to work upon arrival. If a modification ceases to work at any point, Mash-Mods will fix it for free as long as shipping expenses are provided.

3) All modification chips from Mash-Mods are tested in one way or another before being sent out. If you receive a mal-functional chip, Mash-Mods will replace it for free as long as shipping expenses are provided.

4) Mash-Mods reserves the right to judge whether a malfunction in a system is due to our modification or some other factor not related to the modification.
