Sending your system to Mash-Mods

Sending your system to Mash-Mods is an easy and safe process. We’re with you every step of the way and keep full contact with our clients in regard to their consoles and packages. When sending to us, please follow these steps:

1) You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have placed an order and made the payment. At this point Mash-Mods is on standby for the arrival of your system. Package your system carefully and include a notice that states your name, e-mail, return address and what your order was.

2) Once you have packaged the system, send it to our address using any delivery type you wish. Remember, the customer is responsible for all custom tax charges, so if your package has an importing fee, we will ask for a reimbursement after it has been paid for. To avoid these charges, marking the package as a gift and with a claim value under $40 usually does the trick, but Mash-Mods doesn’t specifically recommend this.

3) Once the package arrives, you will be notified immediately so you do not have to worry about your system.

4) Finally, you will receive a last e-mail from Mash-Mods when your system is shipped out. All modifications take from 1 – 5 days. If at any time you need to reach Mash-Mods concerning your package or order, do not hesitate to contact us.
